No I didn't misspell that...

Anya and I are currently on a two-week sugar fast. You never really know just how addicted you are to sugar until you force yourself to not eat it. Maybe I'll just stay on a fast until I get to Florida since I'm sure that the fam will carry on the eat as many sweets tradition that was carried over to the New World by our ancestors on the Mayflower.

But I am wondering what to make of "juices." I drink Good Flow juices, which is an Austin based juice company that gives you nothing but the facts in a bottle. Seriously, the ingredient list for Good Flow Grapefruit Juice is as follows: Grapefruit. Good Flow Orange Juice: Orange. When you drink one of their juices, you realize right away that you're drinking the innards of a fruit. Besides the sludge of pulp that you have to wade through, your juice can be either sweet or sour depending on whether the aforementioned fruit is in "season" or not. Good Flow aint even pasteurized

So I'm constantly debating whether fruit smoothies are a scam to the system or not.

It's barely been 24 hours and I'm already going through sweets dehydration. While speaking with Anya over AIM, I came up with a dessert that sounds delishusssssssssssssssssss. It's as follows: milk, a few graham crackers, miniature marshmallows, chocolate syrup, and a mutha f'ing blender. S'Mores Milk Shake, bitches.
