Feeling Old

I'm a firm believer that age is nothing more than a number. If you're 60 years old but are as fit as an in-shape 30 years old, then chances are you probably don't feel like a 60 years old.

Today's one of those day's where the opposite is true. I'm only 31 and am in relatively good health. I eat okay ... well, no worse than your average couch potato.

But it's one of those days where the grey hairs on my head seem to pop out from the rest of my hair. And where I just feel like my clothes don't fit because of my ever growing "dad belly."

If the my twenties were the 1960's, then I believe I'm experiencing the fall of Saigon. At the very least, it's the breakup of the Beatles or the Manson Family Murders. In other words, that era is officially over.

But in other news, I'm tired.
