...which means I'm now behind on the rest of my evening, which will involve some combination of:

* roasting eggplants, sweet potatoes, and beets
* making a quiche with beet greens, onion, and bacon
* baking a praline cheesecake
* turning today's bouquet of basil (from Fresh Harvest) into pesto
* rehearsing problem spots in the music for this Sunday
* laundry
* spreadsheets

... and I'll likely run out of gas before I get to all those things, so that's enough of a list. Onward!
