Just a quick entry today. Switched gears again, jumped onto the Blackbeard novel again to wrassle that thing back on track. And finally, on my lunch break at work, was able to finish that durn chapter nine, which I'd been stuck on for way too long. Months too long.

And I just hit the 40,000-word mark for the year 2003. So I'm still more or less on schedule to hit about 200,000 words for the year, or better. I think it's doable. Who needs sleep, right?
