Okay, time for me to get focused. I'm trying to finish up the Blackbeard novel this month, and so, I've decided to do a Mini Dare for April.

My goal is at least 1,500 words a day (I've got 30k written on the novel already, and need at least 45,000 words more to be done with the drafting).

If you want to join the Dare, you don't have to do 1,500 words a day, just set a wordcount and stick to it. And if you miss your goal one day, make up for it the next day. The secret is to STAY FOCUSED.

If you want, you can post your daily output in the Comments section here. I think that'd be a good motivator, at least for me.
