Day 15 -- no word Jamming

Looks like I won't be getting any wordage in today -- my lunch break has come and gone already, and I was busy with other stuff. Oh well. I won't be writing tonight because my brother and I are going see Pearl Jam here in Raleigh, which should be a blast. And my lovely wife Elizabeth is going to be our chauffeur, so we don't have to worry about imbibing too much over-priced, watered-down beer at the amphitheater and trying to drive our sorry, mosh-pit-diving asses back home.

Yeah, and if you think I'm getting my tired old ass into a moshpit, you are living in a fantasy world... ;)

I normally wouldn't be making an entry in here, as I didn't do any writing to crow about, but I do have other good news to share: the collaboration I did with Tim Pratt -- "Helljack" -- was accepted at a brand-new magazine called H.P. Lovecraft's Magazine of Horror, which won't debut until this fall. We'd sent it to Weird Tales initially, hoping it would get in there, but instead it'll be in the new magazine. Which is cool -- we can always use more magazines out there, to read and to write for. So I'm suitably pumped up about that. It's been a good couple of weeks, I must say. I'm feeling the Evenflow....
