Okay, giving myself a crash course in PhotoShop today, putting together a banner for Lit Haven just for kicks. Here's the results of today's noodling:



The quoted text is a little hard to read, but I think it looks pretty cool. Photoshop is actually pretty fun, once you figure out what the hell you're doing! Later.

UPDATED: I totally forgot to give a big shout-out to my co-worker, Denis, who not only showed me how to use Photoshop, but he didn't make me feel like a dumbass in the process. Keep an eye on that Denis guy -- he's going places (see his Web site for all the details). He's a standup comic, and his favorite color is blue, and he likes long walks on the beach... sorry, inside joke! Later.
