The secret is music, of course, when the youngster needs sleep -- I put on Coldplay's "A Rush of Blood to the Head" today while I was watching Drew, and he was out like a light before the second song was over.

All he had to do was get the ol' thumb in place:



Two and a half hours laters, and he's finally starting to stir. We almost made it through both albums twice. Must be the bass that did it.



Hopefully he's sleeping off his cold/croup. I'm taking him to the doctor today, just to make sure it's not getting worse or developing into pneumonia or bronchitis. Ugh.

In spite of being sick, Drew's in a great mood. He just prefers not to sleep (until this morning, that is). Little does he know I have Coldplay on my side... Later!
