Found some time today over lunch to jam out the end of one trippy scene, and set up another one. Yes! I'm back in the headspace of this book again. I was starting to wonder -- this was a nutty, hella-busy week, both at work and at home, with just over a week to go before our move. I can't believe how much hassle it is to switch over all the various utilities, plus keeping up with the various docs to our realtor and loan peeps. I'm ready for the weekend and the St. Paddy's celebration (happy b-day, Pops!).

In other good news, the issue of Aeon 6 with my story "The Brotherhood of Trees" is finally available. Looking forward to reading my copy of this magazine -- lots of good writers in there (not counting yours truly, o' course).

And boo! Iowa's men's basketball team just lost. I'm so glad I picked them to go to the Final Four!!!! Ah well. Have a good one! Later...
