More numbers...
Down to two chapters left on this crazy novel. Everything's all pulling together nicely, actually, and I can see the light ahead. Hope it's not another train coming down the tunnel at me...
I tweaked the numbers a little bit to go by page number versus the Microsoft Word word count feature. So, using Courier, double-spaced, one-inch margins, that gives me 296 pages. Take that times 250 (the average words on a page formatted in this way), and that gives me:
I've been thinking all along that I wanted this first draft to hit 320 pages, so it looks like I'm right on schedule. By the end of the day Sunday I plan on being DONE. Later!
