ok, i've had the most grotesque stomach virus and have finally woken from the dead after 5 days of unpleasantness. yay, i'm alive!

friday id the birthday of our luscious heroine and it should be a national holiday. i hope you get all the super cool things you want. i have a package for you, but of course, have not mailed it yet. why am i so awful about getting to the post office? anyway, heaps of smooches and good energy! i will call you tomorrow night.

on a another birthday note (and quite a strange one), most of you know of my friend from childhood, steve trager. i had a message the other day from his fiancee saying that she was throwing him a surprise birthday party this summer and that she wanted me to be his surprise. at first, i thought she meant that in a dirty way, but the message went on to say that she knew we hadn't seen each other in years (many years), and that she wanted me to be at the party when he got there as a surprise. this really surprised me. i've never been asked to be a gift for someone. they live a decent drive away, but its just such a strange thing, that i think i may do it. its just weird.
