ok, so i have tempted fate once too often. you know you do this. kramer did it. i thought 'i know i'm low, but i can make it'. i ran out of gas. this happened between avoca and duryea on york ave. i called lots of folks and i got no one. did i mention it was raining? i walked down to the uni mart in duryea, bought one of those cans and 2 gallons of gas, then WALKED back up the hill over foote ave and to my truck, waiting for me in the middle of the road. wet shoes and socks, hair, pants...

going to watch 'coffee and cigarettes'. this better make me happy. my right hand still smells like gas, though i've washed it like 50 times.
