Wednesday I received a call from a company that had interviewed me late last year. The interview had gone very well, but the waiting room had been crowded with candidates and I wasn't surprised that I wasn't hired for the graphic designer/illustrator position. But now it seems that they've moved, are expanding and looking for new blood again. And they wanted me to come in. And they'll let me work part-time (which is the best thing for me right now). The down side? I'm living on the east coast, and the job is on the west side. I mean, way west, and in the middle of a somewhat inaccesible area. I'm going in to meet them in 10 hours anyway, and we'll see how that goes.
