A kind soul emailed me not long ago about an eBay auction that would probably be of interest to me. Without my permission or even knowledge, one of my fairy pictures was being sold as a...lightswitch cover. I kept checking out the auction (which had ended, with one buyer) to giggle and marvel over the sales pitch.

I should be outraged; copyright violation is copyright violation, and worse when it is a copyrighted work is being used for commercial purposes without the creator's knowledge. But for the life of me I can't help wondering how the lightswitch cover looks up close, and how that picture on a small decoupage lightswitch cover, and heavily warped, managed to sell. I haven't been able to move the actual unwarped print on eBay.
