would you or anyone who looks like you know what might fix this: when typing a word document, the page scrolls to the top of its own accord. it's random; aint no specific key that sends it back up, no action on my part as far as I can tell. and it is bothersome as all-get-out because Im a hunter/pecker typer, Ill write a sentence or two, look up, and on the screen is the top of the page, the first words I'd typed. so I hit Ctrl End to go back.

if it only did this rarely, I wouldnt care, but man, its like every sentence anymore. I spend more time scrolling than I do actual writing. plus, Im forcing myself to create fiction, so anything that makes it harder is not good--cuz I just wanna shuck the page and play spider solitare and leave those crazy ideas in my head alone.

so if you can help me, Ill be eternally grateful to you. as a reward for your assistance, tell me how you like your coffee in the morning and Ill deliver it to your bedside (if youre a dude, it'll be on the table beside the phone in the living room. if youre a chick, your coffee is "right here," just pull the zipper down and feel around inside....Im almost positive I saw it there earlier, keep looking, at the very least you'll get coffee cream...)

okay, beside that, I hope everyone has a good holiday. Ill prolly twist-up a doobie, get a fifth of something powerful, and drunkenly burn some trash in the backyard in honor of monday---providing it aint raining cats and puppies.

(btw, Gun [working title], a story Im working on about a man's past coming for him with vengence, is progressing along nicely. at 970+ editable words so far. the way I see it, Im prolly about 10 or 20% done. its actually a fun story to write cuz I aint wrote in so long all the old and overused ideas I always put in stories seem kinda fresh.)

may your world be filled with things that tickle your instep--retarded chinese proverb
