Okay, so I know you can't use them as a phone . . . yet, but these running shoes from Nike and iPod are likely to cause all sorts of "Maxwell Smart" jokes, and references and so on. Now, I'm as geeked out by the concept as the next person (if that next person happens to be as terribly geeky as I), but I can't imagine myself needing shoes to wire in just the right music to keep me "in the moment."

I mean, who wears shoes like that in bed?
