A woman from Amsterdam died right where she planned to be buried, according to this article in Die Telegraaf. She was visiting the gravestone she already had erected in the cemetery, and had her will and the music she wanted at her funeral in the bag she was carrying.

Methinks this one might have planned a little too assiduously for her own demise.
