So at lunch time I chatted with the guy who dropped off the proposal yesterday, and he says it may be possible to get a waiver of some kind from the city of Corvallis, for the garage, since it's already sitting so close to the fence. Or, we could get a surveyor out to take a look at the property line and see if it really does go the same direction of the fence. It may not, since the fence takes an awful bend about half way up the garage, thus rendering it only 3.5 feet away from the end corner of the garage. The Trouble Zone, as I call it.*

A waiver would be sweet. And about half as costly as an addition. This bears looking into, 'specially with the moola coming back from the nice people at the IRS. Soon. That money should be here soon.


*I don't, actually, 'cause it sounds silly. But Offbeat Capitals are your friends. . . or your Acquaintances, at least.
