A day of profound reflection. I'm tempted to look back and think about how far I have come in the last months, but my time would be better spent thinking about what the future has in store.

I'm in a phase of rethinking both my identity and my objectives (at my age!). These are not small changes. I will need every ounce of energy at my disposal to make it through this time of transition.

Time to husband my energies and use them wisely. Recharge the battery when I have the opportunity.
