First rainy spell of the winter. Everyone is coming in the office all bundled up, earmuffs, knitted caps, gloves, wool sweaters, etc.

The temperature this morning is 10-15 degrees warmer than it was a week ago when it was sunny and frozen. Why do people feel colder (even when dry) when it rains, even though the weather is really warmer?

Strikes me as odd.
