Tonight I have two singing and recitation commitments, one at 7 and the other at 10. The family commitments will be completed today. Friday was the end of the work commitment until the New Year (already the 2008 calendar is marked up with deadlines and hotlines).

But after today there is a nice little stretch of uncommitted time, except for the usual of errands and cooking and cleaning. In a more relaxed mode, I can get a lot accomplished and still feel as though it's a vacation. Please, O Universe, let it be so. Amen.
