That's what the headline reads: Best Health Care in the World. Really.

I have two close friends who are health care professionals and I hear, on a regular basis, the horror stories behind the scenes.

What we have is the most expensive health care system in the world, driven not by a desire to cure people, but by a desire to meet the bottom line, i.e., it's all about money. The private insurance companies choose whom they will cover and refuse anyone with less than perfect health.

Plus cancelling insurance for those who need it most. So the risks get absorbed by the public purse. Nice deal.

And don't get me started on medications....
