I listened tonight to the President's speech on the economy. He certainly challenged all the vested interests, the power elite and the corporate moguls of this country.

It was a courageous and intelligent and far-sighted speech. I haven't heard any analyses of it. I'll be interested in the responses from those to whom he threw down the gauntlet--and in the answering challenge from all of us ordinary Americans.

This is the President I voted for.
