Perception of Time
Previous Entry :: Next Entry

I can't believe it. I've been so busy this morning, it's been one important, "right now" thing after another.

Glanced up at the clock a little bit ago and was startled to realize that I've been nose to the grindstone for 4 straight hours. Time to get up, stretch my legs, and get a breath of fresh air.

It feels as though I've only been working for an hour or so, but when I stand up and stretch the kinks out of my back and the stiffness out of my legs, my body tells me it's been much longer than an hour.

Amazing how the perception of time varies with activity.

and wasn't it just yesterday I turned 50?
