Not nearly so cold overnight, though the WeatherBug says 45 for the low and it's currently 44. Overcast, with a chance of rain, say the weather prognosticators. Rain? I don't think so. Overcast? Definitely.

Thinking about this Journal. (Thank you Kenny!) Yesterday just after my early morning entry, N called and the day went downhill from there. I thought about the rabid, frothing-at-the-mouth entry I felt like making, and then said to myself,

"I'm done with that. I'll bet everyone else is as sick and tired of hearing about him as I am. From now on, I'm going to talk about other stuff. Politics. Religion. Weird customs. The weather. Hell, anything else but the soap opera."

So there you have it. Today's entry, first paragraph is it. I'll keep an eye open for interesting articles and ideas as I go through my day.

Maybe I'll post for myself on my little bulletin board a list of Approved Topics (yeah, sure, when I get around to it). There's more to life than a laundry list of woes.
