Now that a second federal judge in Florida has ruled that the health care law that requires Americans to obtain commercial insurance is unconstitutional...

Maybe the laws that require all drivers of commercial and private vehicles to carry insurance will now be considered unconstitutional as well.

Just don't have a serious medical condition or get into an accident with an uninsured motorist.

Stay well and safe. Not to mention lucky.

On Feb. 1, 1960, four black college students began a sit-in protest at a lunch counter in Greensboro, N.C., where they'd been refused service. I was in college. I was stunned and exhilarated by the winds of change. I joined the movement--freedom marches, registering voters, protests.

How did we get from then to now? What happened to the drive for justice and compassion? When did it become every man for himself?
