Wouldn't it be weird if I found out on Monday that all retirement plans had been cancelled by order of the GOP. In order to have Social Security and Medicare funded for the younger people just entering the work force, we oldsters have to remain working and not use up the existing funds.

We have been scammed by a government Ponzi scheme, and there is no retirement. The money that we paid in is gone, spent by a frivolous government on two wars.

We are required to work until we are dead or incapacitated, at which point we will be euthanized for the general good. Unless we're a politician, of course, or the head of a corporation.

I'd better stop thinking about retirement and get back to work.
