Everybody complains about the weather, but nobody does anything about it.

It's 99 degrees Fahrenheit right now and I am going to do something about it. I'm declaring that 99 is today's peak temperature and from now on (today) it will be cooler.

See? It's cooler already. Only a mere 98 (blood temp). So what's with all the huffing and puffing, sweaty bodies and red faces? Not used to it being the same temperature on the outside as it is on the inside?

Quit complaining. It's cooler, already.
