Lovely, lovely, cool weather. Oh, how I hope it's here to stay! On my walk this morning I could see the school playground across the street glittering wet from the light overnight rain, grass beaded with drops of water, trees dropping rivulets of collected rain down my neck as I brushed underneath them. It was cold enough to wear long sleeves, though I still wear sandals all the time.

Today's schedule is delightfully light. A quick trip to Trader Joe's, maybe stop at the bank (or not) and then the rest of the day is open.

I could fill it with "stuff"--there are certainly enough projects around here for a lifetime. Or I could take a day off and enjoy the peace and serenity.

Just take it as it comes.
