Last night, during dinner, the crown came off my tooth. Yeah, that tooth. The one that cracked years ago and was being held together, at first, with ceramic filling and good luck. Replaced it with a crown.

And all I was eating was something very soft. So when I bit down and it went "crunch", I knew it couldn't be a good thing. There it lay in my hand, the source of the problem. A dental item where it shouldn't be.

Back to the dentist about this tooth. Again. Hence, the name of this entry. Been there, done that--and now doing it all over again.

And I wondered what I was going to do today!
