All the talk around here is about today's vote in the Senate regarding the filibuster rule. I'm sure you know all about it, so I won't do my rant...just to say, if we're going to move forward on any important legislative items, the silent filibuster needs to be amended to require opponents to speak. We can't continue with an obstructionist, do-nothing Congress.

It was 40 degrees again this morning, so I bundled up and went for my walk. Not walking as far as I used to, but I'll work up to it gradually. Chest pain tells me when to slow down/stop.
