I got through today.  That was my goal.  I wouldn't say I got through with flying colours, but I'll offer this.  It is a definite Murphy's Law thing.  If you don't study it, it will be on the exam.

Of course, I wanted to review more extensively Contracts UCC tomorrow night.  Of course, it was on the exam.

Constitutional law was on the last two exams so I figure, a full blown review is not necessary for the first day, I'll review Wednesday just in case.  Of course, Con Law was the first question.  lol.

Well, as for the one subject I did study substantially, (corporations), of course, there was something I didn't even remember seeing.  But oh well, I finished everything, did my best (considering) and finished the afternoon portion.

I felt a lot better last year this time, but that's o.k.

I just saw that Sideways is on the TV movies here.  I think I'm going to watch it and eat some food.  Then I'll review some and go to sleep early.

So, I got through today.  I'm one more day closer to my own bed, lol.

Oh, by the way, last night I got smoked out!  I was sitting here, it was pretty late almost 10:00 and I started smelling cigarette smoke!  I'm in a non-smoking room, on a "non-smoking" floor so I was wondering what the heck was going on!  Well, it was either change rooms or a 20% rate reduction.  I had housekeeping come over here to make sure I wasn't crazy and they confirmed, yes, it does smell very strongly like smoke.  Apparently someone somewhere either on this floor or above was smoking.  Oh brother.

Around that time I had a little panic attack.  I couldn't see clearly for about 5 minutes.  I didn't know what was happening.  I couldn't breath it was weird.  I got a hold of my self and kept reviewing until I fell asleep.

Finally, once you've worked in an industry forever (18 years), I guess nothing is surprising.  I walked into the exam room in the afternoon and ran into an attorney I used to work with.  Apparently he must be some type of attorney overseer for the exam.  I said hello but couldn't really talk.  lol.  I thought that was interesting.  You would think that attorneys would administer the exam and time it and be there for assistance.  No, it's retired people, some young people.  It's strange.  They are called the "proctors."  They distribute and collect the tests and are available for limited assistance.  Oh well, funny.  Maybe I should retire and become a proctor.  lol.
