I made a lovely portabella mushroom, stuffed with a mix of mushroom, onion, garlic, red pepper, white wine, bread crumbs, and - the best part - topped with a small smidgen of chevre.

I found this really cheap, crappy Chardonnay. I bought it for the label - it's called Happy Camper, and each variety's label has a different camper on it. Chardonnay has a super-tiny 50's style aluminum trailer sitting in the desert. Very kitsch graphics!

For the next 4 Tuesdays, I'm having "dinner and a movie" - I will cook, and if anyone wants to come over and eat it, great. If not, I watch the movie alone, and have leftovers for the rest of the week. And if it's a night like tonight, where I'm alone, I can go to bed early and read. Mmmmmm. That sounds heavenly.
