Empty TV for Star Trek Geeks
Previous Entry :: Next Entry

I got all interested in the empty TV idea, so I filled the TV with Christmas lights, my Geordi LaForge figurine, a "sun", a background, and the cows from the cow lights. Geordi stands stage right, puzzled at the three cows suspended in midair and the five seemingly dead cows strewn about the floor. Is it bovine-a-cide? Has an alien presence gone on a killing rampage?

Geordi can't figure it out, because unbeknownst to him the sun (an old TV speaker with some stuff painted on it) is showering him with Bertholdt rays like it did to the unfortunate colonists of Omicron Ceti III, and soon he will be dead unless he is rescued. But since it is the Star Trek universe, he will be rescued and not red-shirted. Live long and prosper, Geordi. And while you're waiting to be rescued, you might as well help yourself to a burger or two.
