Anybody out there ever worked retail for Starbucks? How was it, on a scale where "so great I'm now a corporate whore" is best and "it barely funded my anti-depressants" is worst? No defections here just now, but I did want to do my research in case future days remain as grim, work-wise, as today was.

Yet, somehow, there are good things, and I keep those in mind as I ready myself for another day at the races.
