1. Which bands/artist do you own the most albums by?

Jethro Tull.

2. What was the last song you listened to?

The "Car Talk" theme song.

3. What's in your CD player right now?

Tenacious D's first album.

4. What was the last show you attended?

John Gorka, March 2007

5. What was the greatest show you've ever been to?

Pat Metheny, August 1988 in Spokane, WA (it was even his birthday).

6. What's the worst show you've ever been to?

I can't even remember, I've so successfully purged it from my mind.

7. What's the most musically involved you have ever been?

I am occasionally a guest vocalist with "Bob's Your Uncle", a teacher band on the island that has as a member Paul Calwell, one of the Calwell Brothers and a co-founder of Up With People. He's one of the kindest people I've ever met, and he lets me duet with him on "Blue Moon of Kentucky".

8. What show are you looking forward to?

Well, I didn't go to Dave Mattews at the Gorge, and I haven't made any further plans. I will be happy when Pat Metheny comes around again. I'm looking forward to seeing folk artists in small venues. I've got to get to Café Luna more often.

10. What is your favorite band shirt?
I actually don't have one, but I really liked my "Centerfold" t-shirt from that J. Geils tour, and my Queen "Hot Space" t-shirt. RIP, both of them (besides, the titties wouldn't fit in them now!).

11. What musician would you like to hang out with for a day?

Sting. See the previous entry "Sting Stole My Car".

12. Who is one musician or group you wish would make a comeback?

Crosby, Stills and Nash. A big-ass reunion tour where they play almost everything they ever recorded. Chicago, with a resurrected Terry Kath, and no post-1970's Peter Cetera songs allowed to be played.

13. Who is one band/artist you've never seen live but always wanted to?

Rush or Styx, either one, prior to 1984.

14. Name 4 or MORE flawless albums:

"Jill Sobule" - Jill Sobule
"So" -- Peter Gabriel
"Achtung Baby" -- U2
"Medusa" -- Annie Lennox
"Solace" - Sarah McLachlan
"Still Life (Talking)" - Pat Metheny
"A Farewell to Kings" - Rush

15. How many music related videos/DVDs do you own?

5 or 6.

16. How many concerts/shows have you been to, total?

15-40. depends on what you count as a show.

17. Who have you seen the most live?

Manhattan Transfer, 4 times. Pat Metheny, 4 times.

18. What is your favorite movie soundtrack?
("Favorite? What means this word?" she asks.) Rent, South Pacific, Jesus Christ Superstar, Hair, That Thing You Do.

19. What was your last musical "phase" before you wisened up?

Since I never had a "rap" phase, I haven't had to wisen up. And I even include my disco phase!

20.What's your "guilty pleasure" that you hate to admit to liking?

Scritti Politti's "Perfect Way" or anything by Wham or George Michael.
