If I expect everyone else to love me the way I am, why do I have such a hard time doing it?

I just went to backup my info from old zip disks (yes, I still have those, from ten years ago) and found pics of me, my friends, my past.

I looked, and still look, pretty good. Normal. Just fine.

But I somehow want what I don't have, so I try things. Perms. Clothes. Sometimes even makeup.

Hmm. What gives?
