We made it through second term, every one of us. Amen to that. It was so
much fun to celebrate our victory.

Most of my class went to the Mexican place across the parking lot from school. There was an appropriately scuzzy bar with a pool table and foosball and a bartender whose idea of a gin and tonic leaned about 80% in gin's favor.

We all wore the paper crowns that Ms. A made for us. K and I played some goofy but decent pool. I got a lot if great pics (see below).

I really enjoy this group of people. We are all very different, but we have tolerance in common. It works just fine, its own version of detente.

Now my thoughts turn to the soup party and paying my bills, two weekend activities.

I'm happy today.
