It's true. I cleaned my apartment today, and then, when I thought I had nothing left to give, I gave. A very full, and fulfilling, day.
I made three soups for tomorrow's party. Here is what they look like tonight, before they mellow and cook down a bit more tomorrow:
Curried Butternut Squash (vegan)
Shrimp and Corn Chowder with Rosemary
And the big guns, Seattle Style Clam Chowder
