I made a really good, really quick peach and raspberry crisp last night, and decided to do another one today. I'll leave it next door for my neighbors, who are returning from a 3-week trip to Louisiana.
Modified slightly from The Moosewood Cookbook's Rhubarb-Strawberry crisp recipe. The crisp on the left is peach-raspberry, and the one on the right is just peaches.
