Here is the tub o' spinach I've been eating from. Who would have ever thought? I just got it one day, didn't particularly know what I'd do with it, and now I've been going to it almost daily. Look at the size of that thing!

Today it's spinach and mozzarella quesadilla with garlic and chipotle tabasco. Will wonders never cease?
