Coffee Man says to me, when I say mean things about myself, "Now say two nice things about yourself."

In the interest of boosting my self esteem, here are things I know to be true through observation, whether or not they feel true to me:

People like me and want to spend time with me.

My sense of humor is appreciated by most people who know me.

My body is attractive though I think it isn't.

I make great chocolate chip cookies.

My brain works very well and I am lucky to have it. Squirrels be damned.

I can cook.

I have a nice ass.

People appreciate the help I give them.

People seek my opinion because they actually value it.

I am part of a complex, loving, accepting group of wonderful people because I too am a complex, loving, accepting person.

I deserve the good things that are happening to me.
