It's Sproing here in the NorthWet. "Not Spring?" you ask. Nope, I'm sure, it's Sproing.
Saturday, we were blessed with a clear, sunny day. Those happen seldom enough around here. But what kind of all-out whorish tease is it to allow a temperature of SEVENTY NINE DEGREES and then return to 48 the next day?
It isn't until July that we regularly see temps in the upper seventies.
Friends came over. We ate homemade vegan mexican food. We would have had a fire in the firepit, but time was getting away from those who needed to catch a ferry. I found myself uttering the Seattle sacrilege: "It's too hot out."
Too. Darn. Hot.
Sproing. Gotta go look for my rain gear.
