First acupuncture treatment today. Whew.

I'm keyed up a bit right now, feeling both energized and tired. I want to describe the whole experience, but I find I can't marshall the images. While I was on the table it was all clear in my head; I knew how I wanted to present my feelings and observations.

Now I'm just wrung out. I was told I came through it like a trooper, and I believe that.

Anyone out there had acupuncture? What did you find was the most interesting or profound part of it?
