Molly: on my pillow above my head, and every once in a while, on my chest
Buck: on my foot right now; previously on my chest, my arm, and my nerves.
KCTS 9: public television is riveting at 4:00am. Who doesn't want to watch George Ray chatting up unknown chefs as they cooperatively make a hot artichoke-spinach dip?
Squirrels: what time is the ferry again? When is the alarm set for? I bet I can hang my OmGym from my porch this summer. Why doesn't my hip hurt like it did? Where is my flowered duvet cover? Do I have heartburn from the Chef Boy-ar-dee ravioli, or am I hungry again? What's on TV? There is never anything on at four am, you know that.
My alarm: for 7:00am, enough time to dress, eat, and catch the ferry.
Pajamas: bottoms, with my school sweatshirt as a top.
My right hip: not necessarily on fire, but just on simmer.
