Positive doc visit: a long-acting anti-inflamatory, a different anti-spasmodic, some Tylenol 3s, coaching on a particular core-supporting move, and a PT referral for when I get back to my Home Island.
I'm relieved already. Costco pharmacy, here I come. Full report when I've had a few days to acclimatize.
