I had the website up and running. It was there. Then I messed it all up when I tried to change some things.

FTP is slow.

Connection here is sub-par on a good day. 56MB takes about 15 minutes. I miss my cable modem!!!

I did some massage book maintenance today, making sure there is a page in the book for each day until September 15th, my last day of working here. I just need that visual reminder, that knowledge that no day has been skipped, that no day is unaccounted for. The older I get, the more I rely on visual memory. I hope it's an adaptive skill, and not just the sign of an aging mind.

The moon was full last night, and everyone was affected here. I didn't sleep until 1am, despite the Tylenol #3 and the muscle relaxer. Several staff were up late talking or net surfing. Everyone I bumped into agreed that there was something afoot, but they couldn't describe what. Only why. Luna, plain and simple.

I've been wearing my hair in two braids. Much approval.

Starfruit made me my bracelet and I got it the other day. It's red, orange and yellow, intricately woven. She is so good at this! It goes beyond the typical friendship bracelet.
