Let's go riding on Mosquito Lake Road! It's out there, by Deming. Good stuff!
Start: Starbucks, Hwy 9, Lake Stevens
North on Hwy 9 to Acme
(this takes us past Lake McMurray, Big Lake, and through Sedro-Wooley)
Pick up Barb in Sedro-Woolley
East and north on Mosquito Lake Road to Welcome
(the meat and potatoes of the ride)
West on Hwy 542 (Mt, Baker Highway) to Squalicum Lake Road
Left on Squalicum Lake Rd, quickly go L onto Y Road
R onto North Shore Drive (where we get some more good curves)
R on Alabama Street (down in to Bellingham proper)
L on James, R on State, R on Holly, L on Railroad
Meal at LaFiamma Wood-fired Pizza (or other, TBD)
Up Chestnut Street, R on Holly, and out to I-5
I-5 south to home, break off as you need to.
