Of the things going on in our lives right now, this is what is happening:

I managed to squeeze out enough time last week to Finally do some continuing education.

The office has been steady to busy for almost two whole months. Yay! Now if we can just get the insurance companies to actually pay us what it costs to run an office, things will be wonderful.

My good friend undergoing therapy for anal cancer is feeling horrible. She is really feeling the full brunt of her radiation and is almost homebound. The great news is that her tumor is responding well to both the radiation and the chemo. Two more weeks of radiation, one more round of chemo and then we'll be down to "just" the recovery from the therapy.

Miss Teen is doing well in school. I am almost scared to write that, it always seems to jinx things. She made a bargain with me that if she gets straight A's, including at NOCCA, she can dye her hair black. Don't think that will happen this quarter, but maybe next time.

Son is happy as always. His cat got sick last week and had to have some surgery. Son was terribly upset, but incredibly nurturing once BB got home. Cat is doing much better. He had gotten into a scrap with one of the strays on our street and it got abcessed. My friend with cancer feeds the strays and now we have more around our house also. Oh. Well.

Husband Dear has lost almost all of his goal on Weight Watchers (22pounds, so far) He is 5 pounds from his goal.
He no longer snores. We are both sleeping better. I am so. sick.of.weight.watchers.food.
