Happy Tuesday!

It¡¦s raining, but not cold, a precursor to spring? Oh, I do hope so. It has snowed with significant acumination 3 times this year. That¡¦s unheard of around here.
When we bought this house most of the window screens were missing. We finally bought new ones. I put some of them in yesterday. I wanted to finish up today, but it¡¦s raining. I can¡¦t wait for a nice day so I can open up the house. Yes, I am easily pleased.

There is a big area directly behind my house that was fenced in for dogs. It¡¦s right snack in the middle of the backyard, and takes up most of the back yard. In 2 weeks, weather permitting we are taking it down! The plan is to erect a small pen for our dog. She is in the house most of the time anyway, but she needs a place for when we aren¡¦t home. She weighs 125 pounds. Not a small mut.

Jodi¡¦s evaluation is March 30th. She is excited. The kid is weird ƒº.

My appointment to get my permanent bridge is the day before. I¡¦m going to change it to April 1st or so. I will finally be finished with the dental work. I¡¦ve been working on my teeth since early August. I¡¦ve finally gotten use to the bridge. The only time it bothers me is when something gets under it. That¡¦s easily remedied.

Work is still a big problem. I¡¦m spending more and more time in the office. But to be honest, I would rather do that then have to be there everyday 8 to 5. Especially with summer coming. I have the best schedule. One 24 hr shift and one 18 a week. Basically I have 5 days off every week. Most days I go into the office until noon, then pick Jodi up from school. It works out. If it weren¡¦t for picking her up, I probably wouldn¡¦t leave the house much. So, her being in school has been good for both of us.
Speaking of school. I¡¦m going to be taking some online classes. I want to learn a foreign language. I¡¦ve always wanted to learn Chinese. I don¡¦t know why, maybe it¡¦s because it¡¦s ancient. Actually I¡¦ve always wanted to learn a few different languages. Hebrew, Latin, Russian. I should learn Spanish. There are so many Spanish speaking people here, but that irritates me, because I feel like if they live here they should learn my language. Anyway, the online classes won¡¦t be a on foreign language. I¡¦m going to work on an EMS degree, so that most of it will transfer to RN. I still have 20 years or so before retirement and I can¡¦t see me spending the next 20 yrs riding a ambulance.

That¡¦s about all for now.
